Events and RSVPs, news, polls, a member list and dues, all in one calm place. For hiking clubs, book clubs, dance crews, neighborhood associations and any group with people to keep in the loop.
Name it, say what it is about and where it meets, and add your members: paste a list or add them one by one.
Post an event, share news, or ask who is interested before you book anything. Everyone gets a personal link, with no app and no password.
Yes, maybe and no come back to you as people answer. Reminders go out only when you say so.
Practices, meetups, meetings, trips. Repeat one every week, see who is coming before you book the room, take attendance, keep the notes.
Announcements in one place instead of a chat that scrolls away. Ask who is interested before you plan, settle a date, or hold an election by secret ballot.
Taking your group to another city? Link up with a group there for the weekend: one shared page for the plan, a message board and who is coming. It is deleted after the trip.
Each person gets a private link to their group: what is coming up, their answers, questions to vote on, and what they owe if the group collects dues.
Invite a co-organizer, an event host for one trip, or someone who only needs to look, such as an auditor. Everything anyone changes is in the activity log.
Track who has paid, send polite reminders, and print a one-page report. Optionally connect the group's bank account for viewing so payments are matched for you.
Any group with people to keep in the loop: a hiking club, book club, dance crew, sports team, neighborhood or homeowners' association, alumni network, faith community, savings circle.
No. Each member gets a personal link by email. They open it to see events and answer, and they can switch emails off from the same page.
No. Events, members and announcements work on their own. Dues, reminders and the bank connection are there when your group wants them.
However your group already collects: Zelle, check, cash, whatever suits you. The organizer who keeps the books records it, or you can connect the group's bank account so payments are matched automatically.
You sign in at your bank in your bank-data provider's own window, so we never see your bank password. We can view the one account you choose, and nothing else at the bank. You must turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app first, and you are asked for a fresh code to connect or disconnect.
Yes. Download your data or delete your account whenever you like. Deleting removes your groups, members, events and payments, and first tells the bank-data provider to stop sharing if you had connected a bank.
Free while we test. Afterwards it is per group, never per member: free for groups of up to 10, then about a dollar a month for each further ten, and bank matching is an optional extra. The pricing page has a calculator.
It is in early testing with a small number of groups, so sign-up is by invitation. Leave your email on this page and we will invite you when there is room. We use it once, for that invitation, and for nothing else.
